When one door closes another door opens; but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us। ~ Alexander Graham Bell
Clairedulalune ~ I've been spending a lot of time with someone who tends to focus on the worst of things (no matter how incredibly blessed a certain time or experience may be). I'm feeling exhausted by that . . . the negativity. I don't want to be that way so when I read the quotation I posted it.
Arawn ~ You are very perceptive. I am feeling down . . . oddly. I have so much going for me. I think it's hormones {gasp}. Where's a vampire to transform us when we need saving from our own human bodies/the frailties? {I'm currently reading the second Twilight book . . . which is really sad because it makes me wish my life were so genuinely romantic. LOL}
Arawn ~ I do not remember Jesus saying anything about conquering death merely by dying. I do remember him saying the dead know NOTHING (perhaps he referred to the remaining corpse which turns to dust instead of to the soul which goes on?) The context was after the death of his friend Lazarus. Who knows what he really meant.

Well, let's see if comments are working again. I notice this box is moved, from where it used to be.
What happened to your past six weeks of postings?
Don't be downhearted by the negativity, that burbles up, but the positive energy that burbles not, is a problem.

Vampire? I'm thinking of turning Terry Pratchett, as he's been a bit down about the right to die.
I don't agree with Jesus, that to conquor Death, you only have to die, but you do have to find the courage, to face what Death is an answer to.
I think I can bring The Hand Clapping Game, in world, at least as a model, and that's a stirring cauldron, like to heal all Reality.
