Cheeby Durf Celebrates SPRING

I'm happily confused. Google decorates its logo for each holiday and Spring typically begins on the Vernal Equinox (usually March 21). I'm realizing I'm a day off on my thinking . . . since today is only Friday, March 20th and Google's logo already looks fancy. Today MUST be SPRING!!!!!!

So I go out to my newspaper collection box and along with the Seattle Times I find an empty small bottle of Whiskey wrapped inside. One of the high school kids who waits in my driveway for the school bus must-have stashed it there and now he is gonna have a very interesting day . . . or maybe the group passed the bottle around? In that case, the SCHOOL will have an interesting day.

How can anyone be TOO excited for spring? I'm into Sun worship. It's lovely to put one's faith into BEAUTIFUL things . . . the kind of truths that would never shock the heart of a child (unlike "hell and damnation" stories preached by a religion to terrible to mention by name).

Below's a video of my grown son, Onision, age 23, acting very silly in my yard. When he goes into my chicken coop, the black hen Bastet pecks him on the nose. I told him, in the future, if he's going to video-tape in my yard he needs to clean the back porch first [where I've stacked wintering plants, etc.], I also told him to STOP VIOLATING MY FIR TREE!

Enjoy. (I thought it was pretty funny).

Whiskey in the mailbox? Yep them kids are up to no good.

I read in another blog that you all have moss growing everywhere. That struck me as wild and different.

I think her name was Breath-e on Jayess and she simply up and moved to your neck of the woods.

Amazing how different things are over there really.

Nice chicken...

Moss does grow readily here. And I read her blog entry at http://breath-e.blogspot.com. She's only joking about people here in the Greater Seattle are washing their cars to "get rid of the algae." Truly she jests . . . algae will NOT grow on moving cars (only one the ones that have been parked in the same spot for at least a year). :D

Too funny, because the car is not in the parking lot today (snicker). I've been reading you and Bobby now for maybe two years. And today...I know where Kent is. (smiles)

It's a wonderful day - it's Spring!!

Good wishes to you both!

Breathe-e.

Total Yayness. I love Kent. It's just far enough out of the city to feel like a smaller town but not too far to go to the Space Needle on a really cool night out.

I hope you go to Seattle Underground {Comedy show} as well as to the Pike Place Market. I'd love for you to get acclimated to "The Emerald City" APPROPRIATELY.

Gawl. You and me BOTH Panademona! All the same, gotta admit there's a prediction for UNPREDICTABLE climate change.

Hmmmm, whiskey in the mailbox. Pretty funny when you think about it.

Happy Spring!

Hibiscus Moon ~ it is definitely entertaining. Meanwhile, I'm wondering what PARENT is feeling flustered while looking for the missing whiskey.

watched the video, wowwwww, watch SNL much?

I'm not sure about your question about SNL. I used to watch it. So much of the "humor" is too dry nowadays. {In my opinion Madd T.v. is much funnier.}
