Bug Munched Primrose

My poor outdoor wooden frog has seen better days. I have too. At least his eyes still look rather bright, inspite of the blistery cold and windy day outside (here in the greater Seattle area). My eyes look strained because I woke up with a headache. After taking the dogs out at 6:30 a.m. and after feeding the chickens, I worked on a few art projects before going back to bed for a few hours.

I don't know what it is about being in a deep sleep that makes a person not want to wake up again. Perhaps that's a mere snapshot of what people with near-death experiences describe . . . when they utterly and completely do not want to return to their earth bodies after having been pronounced "dead."

Such experiences convince me it's not so bad to die -- that and the psychic messages I've received from the dearly departed who have a message to convey; usually to loved ones left behind.

When my body finally insisted that I must wake up, I went outside and did some gardening.

The primrose (pictured right) is so amazing because the slugs and bugs have continued to munch on it and its still very cold and frosty in

the mornings. The red flower prevails nonetheless.

While working outside, I transplanted new strawberry plants that are taking over the old garden. Since Artemis (the pug) loves to eat strawberries, Doug and I never had the opportunity to enjoy them last year. The new plantings are going inside a fence while some are being left in the larger garden for the dogs to enjoy.

The flower, pictured left, was a complete surprise. I love it when plants emerge from unusual places (such as in the middle of this walkway). May you, dear reader, be just as hardy as the red primrose and just as amazing as the green flower!

P.S. If you're up to reading about a weird experience I had with Calendula (Marigold) seeds, check out CyberCoven today.

Headache is akin to an all powerful being trying to crawl back in to an itsy bitsy living space. It's a big problem, for the Mystics, including the religion of Alcoholism, and a leading cause of divorce. It's not the pain that causes the divorce or job loss, but the feeling that you should be getting out of Something, but not knowing the right direction. Cof$ has a pretty good remedy, but I'll need something that works in the field. Not wanting to wake in the morning, unless depression, could also be akin; just look about for things to grasp and release.

Don't know what you mean, by pictures to the right and to the left, since I see a very different format. Does it show up so, on your screen?

I found someone in Second Life, that I might date a couple towns over, if either of us can find the fuel and vehicle. I'll have to ask her number.

I found a reference to a material with a co-efficient of friction of 2%, as opposed to rubber on pavement being 60%. I think it means the travel of fifty meters will cost as much as a lift of one meter, but I don't know how that compares to ball bearings. I'm hoping to put the electric motor inside the tire, so close that the tire would be the moving part of the motor, but that requires being very careful with any conductivity.

It's been too long, since I looked through Witchvox Listings; it seems there's another Arawn in Bridgeport.

I don't subscribe to the religion of alcoholism (and hadn't drank anything akin to inebriation besides perhaps hot Valerian root tea for enhanced dreaming). Meanwhile . . . yes; photos show up left and right on my screen (as I align them left and right when I post them). It's possible the text gets out of kilter with the photo on your screen, however, having a different server, I suppose.

Arawn . . . there could only be ONE of you. (-;
